Rules

FOLLOWING.  i like to keep a low follower count, so i will not follow everyone back. i am incredibly low / sporadic activity. i have a lot of other blogs that fluctuate between hyper fixations. do not follow me if you're under 21, you will be blocked. do not follow me you don't plan on interacting. i expect work put in from both sides, and if you don't think you can do that, no worries! just don't follow this blog. DRAMA.  drama is a no from me. let me know if you believe i’m interacting with an actually harmful person, and i’ll consider what my next steps are. if you posts excessive vagues and callouts, i will block you. DNI  don’t follow me if you write/support billy hargrove, tate langdon, or nate jacobs, including multis. do not follow me if you write 13rw muses, the boys, teen wolf, the 100, stranger things, or vampire diaries/all spinoff muses, excluding multis. no gross behavior with minor muses, either, thanks. i also won’t follow you if your pages are too hard to read ( ie. extremely small font, light text on dark background, etc. ). it’s not hard to make your rules accessible for others.

SHIPPING.  shipping is open to age appropriate muses and needs to be plotted thoroughly beforehand. robin is a lesbian, so no romantic interactions will happen with male presenting muses. her main ship is with roseguided, and will take priority. friendship and familial ships are more than welcome! DISCLAIMER.  as stated in my pinned post, this blog is for fictional purposes only, not to discuss real life politics. tumblr rp is still an escape for me. that being said, robin has been fighting the good fight for decades, so gay rights, women's rights, and more will be discussed. also: support palestine here. CREDITS.  graphics were done by me, using a psd from charliegillepsy on deviantart. icon border is originall by BLANK, with some tweaks by me.

vrobin roy was born into a world that was far too small for her. even when she was a little girl, she understood that she wanted to change the way things were. she could never fully understand why others insisted on thinking in such small ways. besides the fact that there was so much to do and see, there were so many different kinds of people to meet. so many different walks of life. so much uniqueness, which helped robin see the beauty in humanity. with such supportive parents, robin began trying to make a difference at a young age, despite there not being much she could do to start. she made her thoughts very clear to her classmates, standing up for those who had trouble standing up for themselves, and making sure bullies knew that they didn't get to win. not while she was around. strong opinions and bright ideas brought her to the debate team, often winning her classmates trophies as they settled into first place each year. she found herself as class president the last two years of high school, and after graduating with honors, she went out on her own, saying goodbye to her mom and dad and promising to phone when she got to her destination - california.attending college gave robin plenty of opportunities to expand her mind. she mastered in political science and law, despite everyone she met telling her that it would lead her no where. minoring in women's and gender studies helped her to understand herself and her fellow human better. she spent most of her time studying, though one night, the friends she had made at the university invited her out onto the town. she found herself at amelia's - a lesbian bar in the mission district. that night was the night she discovered her sexuality, as well as the night she officially became part of the ever growing gay rights movement. she began marching in protests, chaining herself to city hall in solidarity with her community, speaking at rallies, as well as writing constant letters to her senate, demanding rights be given to those that should have already had them.as a post graduate, robin joined the military, but was honorably discharged after breaking her leg in two places, resulting in a permanent limp. shortly after, robin was lucky enough to join a local lgbt coalition, in which robin became a prominent spokesperson and member. though she worked mostly from behind the scenes, during this period of her career, she still tried to join in on protests and rallies wherever she could. robin spent 15 years lobbying, fighting for people's rights, volunteering wherever possible, working as a public defender for the masses, and educating herself in worldly affairs and politics. after turning 60, she decided to run for president of the united states, though with very little following, and an underdog story, the statistics were against her. however, robin roy found herself rising in popularity with her honest approach to making a difference in the world, appealing to groups of minorities across the country. she was voted 47th president of the united states of america, and sworn in shortly after, taking office with a better hope for the future.despite running a hard ship, and having a take no shit attitude, robin has a bleeding heart, and continues to fight for what's right while living in the white house. she insists on feedback and constructive criticism from the people she serves, as well as the staff in the house she now live sin. as the first female, and out gay, president, robin feels a lot of pressure to succeed. but she intends to do everything in her power to those that have no been heard now have a voice to speak.
